Tell Me Facts

What this lesson teaches

We can write to teach about a topic. We name the topic, give some facts, and finish with a last line.

Worked example

"Dogs are pets. They like to run. They eat food and sleep. Dogs are fun!" The topic is dogs, with facts and an ending.

Practice questions

  1. Pick a topic you know well.
  2. Write one fact about it.
  3. Add a last line to finish your writing.
