First, Next, Last

What this lesson teaches
A story tells things in order. We use words like first, next, and last to show what happened.
Worked example
"First I woke up. Next I ate an egg. Last I ran to play." The order words help us know what came first.
Practice questions
- Tell what you did first this morning.
- Use the word "next" to tell the second thing.
- End your story with the word "last."
