What this lesson teaches
Every number from 0 to 20 has a way to write it, and the number tells how many things there are.
Worked example
You have 3 apples. Write the number 3 to show how many. Three apples, number 3!
Practice questions
- Write the numbers 1, 2, 3 on paper.
- Count 5 buttons, then write the number 5.
- What number do you write for zero things?
