What this lesson teaches
Every story has characters (who), a setting (where), and events (what happens).
Worked examples
Example 1
In a tiny tale, a bunny (character) hops in a garden (setting) and finds a carrot (event).
Example 2
A bear (character) sits by a river (setting) and catches a fish (event).
Example 3
The setting can change inside one story. The bear starts at the river, then walks home to his cave.

Quién, Dónde, Qué
Cada cuento tiene personajes (quién), un lugar (dónde) y sucesos (qué pasa).
Ejemplo 1: En un cuento pequeño, un conejo (personaje) salta en un jardín (lugar) y encuentra una zanahoria (suceso).
Ejemplo 2: Un oso (personaje) se sienta junto a un río (lugar) y atrapa un pez (suceso).
Ejemplo 3: El lugar puede cambiar dentro de un mismo cuento. El oso empieza en el río y luego camina a su cueva.
