What this lesson teaches
Some words follow special rules. A group can have one name, some plurals change, and describing words tell more.
Worked example
One 'team' is many players (collective noun). One 'foot' becomes two 'feet' (irregular plural). 'I did it myself' uses a reflexive word.
Practice questions
- Name a word that means a group, like 'flock' or 'team'.
- Write the plural of 'child' and 'mouse'.
- Use a describing word to tell more about a noun.
