Good Listening

What this lesson teaches
When someone reads or talks, we listen closely. Then we can ask and answer questions about it.
Worked examples
Example 1
A grown-up reads about the moon. After, we ask, "When do we see the moon?" and answer, "At night!"
Example 2
A grown-up reads about volcanoes. Afterward we ask, 'What comes out of a volcano?' and answer, 'Lava!'
Example 3
If you did not catch something, say so. 'Can you read that part again?' is a real listening skill.
Practice questions
- Listen to a short story read aloud.
- Ask one question about what you heard.
- Answer a question about the key details.

Escuchar Bien
Cuando alguien lee o habla, escuchamos con atención. Luego podemos hacer y responder preguntas sobre eso.
