What this lesson teaches
In a good conversation you follow the rules: listen, wait your turn, and add to what others say. If you are confused, ask a question. Describe things with details so others can picture them.
Worked example
A friend says 'I saw a bird.' You add on: 'What color was it?' Then describe yours: 'I saw a big red bird in the tall tree.'
Practice questions
- Describe your favorite place using three details.
- Ask a question to learn more about a friend's story.
- Take turns telling about your day, then add to it.

Conversación y descripción
