What this lesson teaches
Come to discussions prepared, summarize what others say, and stay on topic. When presenting, sequence your ideas logically and add a visual like a photo, drawing, or slide to make them clearer.
Worked examples
Example 1
Before discussing a book, you jot two notes. In the talk you say, 'Maria thinks the hero was brave; I agree because...' and you show a drawing of the key scene.
Example 2
In a discussion you can disagree well: 'I see it differently — the text says he hesitated, which suggests doubt rather than fear.'
Example 3
Prepare one question before a discussion. Arriving with nothing to say is how people end up only repeating what the last person said.

Llega a las discusiones preparado, resume lo que dicen los demás y mantente en el tema. Al presentar, organiza tus ideas de forma lógica y agrega un elemento visual, como una foto, un dibujo o una diapositiva, para que sean más claras.
Ejemplo 1: Antes de hablar sobre un libro, anotas dos ideas. Durante la conversación dices: 'María cree que el héroe fue valiente; estoy de acuerdo porque...' y muestras un dibujo de la escena principal.
Ejemplo 2: En una discusión puedes discrepar bien: 'Yo lo veo distinto — el texto dice que dudó, lo que sugiere incertidumbre más que miedo.'
Ejemplo 3: Prepara una pregunta antes de una discusión. Llegar sin nada que decir es como la gente acaba solo repitiendo lo que dijo el anterior.
