What this lesson teaches
When you answer a question about a story, find the exact words in the text that show your answer is right.
Worked example
If a story says 'Mia smiled when she saw the puppy,' and someone asks how Mia felt, you can point to 'smiled' as proof she was happy.
Practice questions
- Answer a 'who' or 'where' question about a story and name the words that prove it.
- Ask your own question about a story, then find the sentence that answers it.
- Explain why pointing to the text is stronger than just remembering.

Cuando respondas una pregunta sobre un cuento, busca las palabras exactas del texto que muestran que tu respuesta es correcta.
Ejemplo: Si un cuento dice 'Mía sonrió al ver al perrito' y alguien pregunta cómo se sentía Mía, puedes señalar 'sonrió' como prueba de que estaba feliz.
