What this lesson teaches

In research, you pick a question, look in books or safe websites, and gather facts to build what you know about a topic.

Worked example

To learn 'What do owls eat?' you read two bird books, find that owls eat mice and bugs, and put those facts together.

Practice questions

  1. Write a question you want to research.
  2. Find two facts that help answer your question.
  3. Tell where you found each fact.
