What this lesson teaches
Real questions are answered by combining information across formats — text, charts, maps, video — each showing part of the picture. Integrating and evaluating them means weighing what each format does best and where they conflict.
Worked example
A written report claims growth, but its own graph shows a recent dip; reading both together gives a truer, more cautious conclusion.
Practice questions
- Explain what a chart shows that prose cannot.
- Combine a visual and a text into one conclusion.
