What this lesson teaches
Strong writing comes from revision — planning, reworking, and sometimes restarting with a new approach — focused on purpose and audience, not just fixing typos.
Worked example
A draft argues 'recycling matters' but wanders; the writer replans around one focused reason — cost savings — and cuts three off-topic paragraphs, strengthening the whole.
