What this lesson teaches
At mastery level, dancers perform technically demanding work with artistry and stamina across styles and prepare for auditions, showcases, and possible professional or college pathways. This level of performance requires extraordinary discipline, body awareness, and resilience, plus attention to health.
Worked example
Preparing for a college audition, you train technique daily, learn the required combinations quickly, and manage rest and nutrition so your body can perform at its peak on the day.
