What this lesson teaches
Activity settings are a great place to practice leadership, like leading a warm-up, helping a teammate, or including someone left out. Respecting differences and resolving conflicts calmly keeps a team strong. Taking responsibility for safety and fair play shows maturity that carries into the rest of your life.
Worked example
You could lead your group's stretching routine before practice, or notice a new player standing alone and invite them to join your drill, showing leadership and inclusion.
