What this lesson teaches
Order your reasons logically — strongest first or building to strongest — and group facts under each. Use a clear introduction and a conclusion that ties back to your opinion.
Worked example
Opinion: 'Plastic bags should be banned.' Reasons ordered by impact: harms wildlife (strongest), litters streets, wastes oil — each with a supporting fact.
Practice questions
- Order three reasons for an opinion from weakest to strongest.
- Write a conclusion that restates your opinion differently.
- Add one fact under each reason.
